3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• Free trials are available for new users. You will not be charged unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All AI-generated analysis, recommendations, predictions, and scanner results are algorithmic outputs and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
